TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE ANshey STORE

§ 1 SCOPE
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply exclusively to orders for products in the ANshey store. All orders placed through our website are subject to these terms. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions, of which you will be notified.
§ 2 CONCLUSION OF THE AGREEMENT
(1) When placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase. The sales contract only comes into effect after we have confirmed your order.
(2) We accept your goods when we send you a confirmation of delivery.
§ 3 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
(1) You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods have not been opened and have no visible damage; the shipping costs in case of return are borne by the buyer.
(2) Goods that have been opened, damaged or spoiled cannot be returned. If you believe that the goods have been damaged during delivery, you must contact us for an individual assessment. (Here are the instructions for the return form)
(3) Goods can only be returned if they have not been used and are in their original packaging. In case of return, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
§ 4 DELIVERY
(1) We deliver to addresses in Austria and Europe as a whole. Delivery is carried out via the courier services Post.at
(2) The shipping cost is €5.9 for orders under €59. For orders over €59.10, shipping is free in Austria. The shipping cost in Europe is €11 for orders under €105. For orders over €105.10, shipping is free throughout Europe.
(3) Your order will be dispatched within 1-4 working days.
§ 5 PAYMENT METHODS
(1) Payment is made in euros. Available payment methods include: - credit cards, - bank transfer, - Google Pay - Apple Pay
§ 6 WARRANTY RIGHTS
(1) If you have received a defective product, please contact our service center to resolve the problem. (form to fill out)
(2) The warranty is provided in accordance with the law.
(3) CE Certification/ Notification of Cosmetic Products in Europe Cosmetic products placed on the EU (European Union) market must have:
• SDS/ MSDS (SDS/ MSDS) adapted to the cosmetic regulation;
• Label in accordance with the provisions of the European Cosmetic Regulation No. 1223/2009;
• Cosmetic Product Safety Report/ CPSR (Cosmetics safety assessment/ SR) Cosmetic Product Safety Report in accordance with the Cosmetic Product Safety Assessment Rules, Part A and Part B of Annex I of Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009;
• CPNP registration with a referral number for each cosmetic product supplied to the European market;
• PiF (Product Information File/ Dosser) for each product supplied to the EU.
A supplier company that is not a resident of the European Union is required to have its own representative in the EU. The representative can be any legal entity in the European Union. In this situation, this is the Korean cosmetics store ANshey.
