Return of goods
RETURN TERMS FOR ANshey STORE
1. Return period: You can cancel the contract and return the goods within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
2. Product condition:
- Returns are possible only for goods that have not been opened, have no visible damage and are in the original packaging.
- Goods that have been opened, damaged or spoiled are not subject to return.
3. Return procedure:
- If you believe that the goods were damaged during delivery, please contact us for an individual assessment.
- To arrange a return, fill out the appropriate form.
4. Shipping Responsibility:
- All costs associated with returning the item, including shipping costs, are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued in accordance with the law after receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund period to the card is 10 days
6. Exceptions:
- Returns will not be accepted for items that have been used or do not meet the return conditions.
